Hi, I'm Rachele. It's great to connect! I am a dedicated attorney committed to providing personalized and strategic legal counsel, primarily for public agencies and nonprofit organizations. My work includes healthcare, employment and governance. I believe in building strong and lasting relationships with clients. I prioritize open communication, transparency and a collaborative approach to ensure clients are informed and as involved as they want to be throughout the legal process. My professional mission is to develop a deep understanding of clients' needs, creatively problem-solve and take an efficient, no nonsense approach. This is a second career for me. My journey to working as an attorney was inspired some 25 years ago when I was employed by a local community action agency. There, I had the privilege of working to mobilize community action in rural, unincorporated communities through education and service, and served as a primary author of numerous grant applications. While attending law school, I continued my community-action efforts with a rural, single-school district. I was part of a team that secured millions in grant funding to establish and manage education, community and social programs. These experiences served to deepen my interest in effectuating equity, social justice and efficient, just resolution of disputes; interests I wanted to share with my children.
