Our firm handles juvenile dependency cases for parents and guardians accused of child abuse by Child Protective Service (CPS) agencies throughout California. We have in excess of 63 years combined experience of successfully defending people against the most serious of accusations. Our careers were built in Los Angeles’s high volume courtrooms. We helped reunite thousands of families by defending parents against the largest child protection agency in the country, Los Angeles County Dept. of Children and Family Services (DCFS). We also handle state and federal civil rights litigation for the frequent unlawful removal of children from their families and the injuries and deaths that occur more often to children in foster care.
