Rachel Delgado

I am an attorney at Tyson & Mendes; a law firm that is carrying out its mission of being the best insurance defense firm in the nation. My practice focuses on defending clients in auto negligence, medical malpractice, premises liability, and commercial litigation matters. I have extensive experience representing corporate clients, healthcare providers, and businesses in various capacities. I am known for my strategic approach to both litigation and risk management. My professional journey has given me a unique perspective on defense litigation. I started as an attorney with a prominent plaintiff litigation firm known for obtaining Nuclear Verdicts®, which provided me with a deep understanding of plaintiff strategy. I transitioned to a leading civil defense firm, where I defended corporate clients, healthcare systems and providers, insurance carriers, SIR entities, and businesses for several years. After that tenure, I served as the VP of Legal & Operations for LANCAS, an exceptional private investigation agency in Florida. I gained extensive experience with complex investigations, investigative research, and advising clients on a variety of complex or sensitive matters. I bring my investigative experience to each and every case as I works it up for trial. I enjoy finding the “unfindable” and developing case strategy with my team. In my personal time, I enjoy being a kid again with my daughter, spending time with my husband, and getting in a good workout at the gym, on the bike, or out on the water rowing.
