Rachel Borntreger

I specialize in marital and family law litigation, providing high-quality representation to clients across the Florida Panhandle. I handle all aspects of family law, including dissolution of marriage, pre and post-nuptial agreements, modification of alimony and parenting, and enforcement/contempt, from trial court litigation to appellate proceedings. My practice includes both complex litigation involving business valuations, social investigations, and financial analysts, and simple matters such as divorce with uncomplicated assets or enforcement. In 2017, I founded Capital Collaborative Group, a non-profit practice group focused on promoting the collaborative process as an alternative to divorce. I continue to practice collaborative law and serve on the CCG board. I am also a Florida Supreme Court certified family law mediator and a parenting coordinator. I have also served as a private Guardian ad Litem since 2009.
