About Quinton Seay
An AV rated trial attorney with over 23 years of experience handling complex, high stakes civil litigation including catastrophic personal injury, product liability, commercial vehicle crashes, medical negligence and business torts. He has recovered millions of dollars through both jury verdicts and settlements including a $4.4 million settlement in a commercial vehicle crash case and a $3 million settlement in a wrongful death case. Advocacy on behalf of others is an honored and storied tradition in my family. Although he was unable to attend law school and become an attorney, my grandfather, Reverend Solomon S. Seay, Sr., played a major role in the Civil Rights Movement. In fact, his activities resulted in him being named as a defendant in the landmark U.S. Supreme Court First Amendment rights case, Sullivan v. New York Times, 376 U.S. 254 (1964). The Court's holding in that case enabled news organizations to comment on segregationist efforts without fear of being sued for defamation.
