Priya is a civil litigation defense attorney and is a Partner at Phillips, Spallas & Angstadt, LLP in San Francisco, California. Priya graduated Magna Cum Laude from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelors of Science in Political Science in 2003. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Whittier Law School in 2007 and was admitted to the California State Bar in December of 2007. Priya is admitted to practice before all California State courts, the United States District Courts for the Central, Southern and Northern Districts and the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
