WHAT I DO: I'm an ERISA / Long Term Disability Insurance Attorney based in Louisiana and Texas. We help physicians, healthcare workers, professionals, executives and American workers of all types nationwide when a disability insurance company (inevitably) denies their claims. We help with claim denials, administrative appeals and federal court lawsuits against the insurance company.
