I have a very diverse litigation background that includes experience as lead counsel in employment matters involving wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, discrimination (sexual harassment, age, national origin), banking matters (wrongful foreclosure, judgment debtor examinations etc.) and intellectual property matters involving Copyright and Trademark and have worked on successful appeals in California and before the Ninth circuit in these areas. My practice also includes detailed work on successful unemployment compensation appeals both administratively and on petitions for judicial review. Having served as counsel for both Plaintiffs and Defendants I have had the unique opportunity to view each case from a global perspective. Through this experience, I have learned how to obtain the best possible outcome for my clients, whether I'm negotiating an entertainment contract or evaluating an offer of settlement in litigation. Focusing on Employment, Entertainment and Intellectual Property law, I consult with individual employees, creative artists, producers and businesses throughout Southern California. My practice is founded on two simple principles: providing exceptional counsel to clients in achieving their business goals and dreams, and being there to protect and/or defend the rights of my clients in the challenges they may face along the way.
