About Poorvi Parkhie
Want to Know My Why? It’s simple. I like seeing businesses succeed. It’s my mission to provide an easy to understand and a stress-free legal experience to growth-minded businesses. Prior to opening my own firm, I practiced commercial real estate, corporate and finance law, first with Smith, Gambrell & Russell LLP, a law firm based out of Atlanta, and then with Arent Fox, a law firm based in Washington, D.C. From there, I worked as in-house corporate finance counsel at Sallie Mae, Inc. After moving to Denver, I started my own writing company and now I have my own law firm. Born and raised in Atlanta, GA, I attended Emory University for both undergraduate and law school. When I’m not helping businesses achieve their goals, you can find me either spending time with my family exploring the mountains, reading, or trying to improve my green thumb in the garden.
