Phil graduated from SLU Law School in 1991 and joined Weier, Hockensmith and Sherby and did general litigation cases including real estate, contracts, subdivisions, and the defense of police officers, sheriffs and municipalities in civil rights cases. He has specialized in Plaintiff's litigation since 1996, handling automobile accidents, work injuries, nursing home abuse, medical malpractice, Social Security cases and ERISA life, accidental death and long term disability cases. Phil was the President of Hockensmith Tatlow McKinnis Hamill, P.C. before joining Bollwerk and Tatlow, L.L.Cas a Partner and Owner. Phil recently opened offices in Webster Groves, MO and Sister Bay, WI for his new Law Firm Phillip A. Tatlow Law. He is licensed to practice law in Missouri, Illinois and Wisconsin.
