Legal Counselor and Advisor on Labor and Employment Law to Business - My practice is focused on counseling and advising businesses on a wide-variety of labor and employment law issues. I have substantial experience in the areas of employment discrimination, wage and hour compliance, wage payment, FMLA, WARN Act, drug and alcohol testing, prevailing wage, social media, noncompetition and restrictive covenant agreements, and other critical labor and employment law issues. I regularly represent business in state and federal court, before the EEOC and state agencies, the National Labor Relations Board and the Department of Labor. A large part of my practice is transactional in nature, working with corporate attorneys on a variety of corporate transactions in the areas of due diligence and drafting employment agreements and restrictive covenant agreements.
