About Philippe Martinet
Philippe Martinet graduated with a Juris Doctorate from Arizona State University College of Law and holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in Political Science and International Business from Arizona State University with Honors. In conjunction with his legal studies in Arizona, Mr. Martinet attended world-renowned law schools such as, the Sorbonne (France), the University of Cambridge (U.K.), and the National University of Singapore (Singapore). In 2006, Mr. Martinet obtained his Law Degree. The following year, in 2007, he founded Ortus Real Estate Brokerage, a brokerage focused on land, commercial and residential properties. Mr. Martinet founded Martinet Law in 2010, a versatile litigation firm that quickly became recognizable and prestigious in Arizona. Mr. Martinet has worked in both State and Federal Court systems in the United States. Mr. Martinet has worked on criminal appeals all the way up to the Arizona Supreme Court, as well as, on criminal and civil appeals to the U.S. Ninth and Eighth Circuit Courts of Appeals. Mr. Martinet has worked in high-profile civil racketeering and securities fraud cases. Mr. Martinet is fluent in French, Italian, Spanish, English, and Portuguese, and is passionate about helping clients. Since 2002, Mr. Martinet has been licensed to transact in Real Estate Sales in Arizona. Partially as a result of Mr. Martinet’s 20 years of experience in Real Estate, both as a Designated Broker and as an attorney. In June 2018 Mr. Martinet became certified by the State Bar of Arizona's Board of Legal Specialization in Real Estate Law, being one of the elite few attorneys (0.025%) with this specialization in Arizona, a Real Estate Law Specialist. As of 2019, Mr. Martinet became New York State Bar certified and opened a satellite office in the great state of NEW YORK practicing law.
