Philip Markowitz has extensive experience representing a variety of clients with respect to their commercial real estate investments and projects and related legal needs. Philip represents a number of national retail tenants as lead counsel for their many leasing matters. In addition, he also represents both sellers and purchasers of existing shopping centers, industrial developments and other properties, throughout the United States, with an emphasis in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida. Philip also actively represents multifamily developers in New Jersey, with an emphasis in Jersey City, including financing needs. In addition, Philip is actively involved with hotel acquisitions and development, and the associated corporate aspects surrounding these types of transactions, including joint venture agreements, franchise agreements and management agreements.
