Peter Rukin

I am a full-time mediator and arbitrator and a founding partner of Rukin Hyland & Riggin LLP. I have more than 30 years experience advocating for clients--both employers and employees--in court and at the bargaining table. Before becoming a full-time neutral, I represented clients in class action discrimination cases, high-stakes wage and hour claims, mass and class arbitrations, and individual employment matters. I am a member of the American Arbitration Association Panel of Employment Arbitrators, a long-time member of the Northern District of California ADR mediation panel, a member of the Alameda County Superior Court Mediation Panel, and a graduate of the Harvard Negotiation Institute--Advanced Mediation Workshop.
