Joined Lozano Smith and moved to Southern California to open offices in San Diego and Los Angeles. -In 2006, founded Fagen Friedman & Fulfrost LLP. (F3Law) Work in California, Iowa, Missouri &Illinois as a lawyer, advisor, counselor, leader & entrepreneur. Offer a balance of expertise in the areas of board-superintendent relations, education technology, artificial intelligence, labor, students, property, redevelopment, environmental, construction and related litigation. -Experienced as a trial lawyer, conducted bench and jury trials in both state and federal courts. An approved trainer for interest-based bargaining. Conduct labor negotiations for school districts and other public agencies. -After serving as Managing Shareholder of Lozano Smith, left to start F3Law in 2006. -Served as Managing Partner of Fagen Friedman & Fulfrost LLP (F3Law), a vibrant, dynamic full service education law firm with offices in Chicago, Des Moines, Edwardsville, Fresno, Los Angeles, Oakland, Riverside, Sacramento, San Diego, St. Louis & Seattle.
