My experience consists of over 25 years trial experience in Federal and State Courts. As a former Special Agent and Forensic accountant and and former Federal Prosecutor I have defended everything from tax fraud to homicide. With over 200 jury trials over the years all over the United States I bring to the table years of actual courtroom experience as well as experience negotiating pre trial resolutions. In recent years, my focus has been on Sex Crime Defense throughout the state of Florida and in the Federal Courts. I am admitted in four States as well as the United States Supreme court an numerous District Courts and Courts of Appeal.
