About Perez Feasby
I have experience litigating class actions and other complex business disputes before state, federal and appellate courts, and in various arbitration forums. I have defended and prosecuted cases involving claims of securities and common law fraud, unfair competition/business practices, trade secrets, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract and financial elder abuse as well as other business-related torts. I defend clients in real estate disclosure and defect cases and I also have experience litigating all varieties of maritime cases, including defending ship owners against personal injury/wrongful death and cargo damage claims. I am active in the local community, working pro bono for clients through the San Diego County Volunteer Lawyer Program, and serve on the the Board of Directors of the First San Diego Courthouse. Specialties: Defending clients in complex civil litigation matters, including securities, unfair competition, trade secrets, maritime, and real estate disclosure and defect cases.
