I practice employment law and regularly provide advice, counseling and training for employers. I represent employers in employment litigation and disputes arising out of various state and federal laws including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA); the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA); the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA); the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA); and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act. Although my practice is primarily based in the Southeast, I have handled cases as far north as New Jersey and as far west as Arizona.
