About my law practice: I help clients who have obtained civil judgments to collect (enforce) their judgments against recalcitrant and evasive judgment debtors. I also consult with attorneys/law firms in the enforcement of judgments on behalf of their own clients. My firm also provides comprehensive asset investigation and location services to find the debtors' hidden or transferred assets. This use of investigative intelligence has been a key factor in achieving an excellent result for clients in numerous cases. I also handle litigation related to fraudulent transfers, investment fraud, misappropriation schemes, financial elder abuse and litigation on behalf of creditors to assert claims or fight discharge of their judgment or debt in bankruptcy. Both myself and firm attorneys are also well versed in the use of prejudgment remedies, including prejudgment writs of attachment, which can help to assure a recovery for our clients, promote settlement, and shorten the litigation cycle; thus reducing overall fees and costs to the client. My clients include: Judgment Creditors, Attorneys and Law Firms, Businesses, and Victims of Fraud, Misappropriation and Financial Elder Abuse.
