Paul Supnik

I represent clients in intellectual property law, media and advertising law, international law, and entertainment. I advise business protecting trademarks, the use and selection of brand identities, enhancing value through licensing and litigating copyright and trademark disputes. Admitted to practice in California many years ago I have decades of experience. I received Beverly Hills Bar Association President’s Award and became an honorary vice president for the International Association of Young Lawyers. The Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce gave me the Professional of the Year Award in 2001. My bachelor’s degree is from the UCLA and my law degree from the University of California Hastings College of the Law. I work with business in many industries, including restaurant, sporting goods, software, media, internet, financial, entertainment, cosmetic, arts, apparel, and advertising. Serving as an adjunct associate professor at Southwestern Law School I taught a seminar class on advanced copyright law. I chaired the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s international law section and the intellectual property and entertainment law section. Also with the Los Angeles County Bar Association, I served as the Los Angeles Lawyer magazine’s editorial board chair. My volunteer work includes acting as former vice president of the International Visitors Council of Los Angeles and on the Beverly Hills Bar Foundation Board of Governors.
