I advise health care providers and life science companies on regulatory matters and business transactions. This includes providing practical guidance on structuring business transactions in compliance with fraud and abuse laws, payment and coverage rules, licensing requirements, privacy and security laws, and participation in Medicare and Medicaid programs. I assist clients in negotiating and completing joint ventures, forming new businesses and start-ups, and making strategic investments in health care, particularly arrangements involving physicians and the delivery of health care services. I’ve worked with a wide range of health care providers and life science companies and have deep industry experience in telehealth, digital health, physician practices, radiology and imaging, as well as pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing and distribution.
