Paul Moreschi

Paul P. Moreschi is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and Chicago-Kent College of Law. He is a former Assistant State's Attorney, and has, during the greater than 20 year period since leaving the prosecutor's office, concentrated his practice in the area of serious felony and misdemeanor criminal defense, including significant experience in DUI and traffic defense. For as long as he has practiced law, he has either prosecuted or defended criminal and traffic cases. He consistently practices in the Illinois Counties of DuPage, Cook, Kane, Kendall, DeKalb, Lake, and Will, and is in courtrooms defending his clients every day, most days including litigation on pre-trial or post-trial motions, and bench or jury trials.
