About Paul Iannaccone
Paul was born and raised in Waterbury, CT. Paul was a full-time Adult Probation Officer with the State of Connecticut before attending law school and graduating with honors. Paul's blue-collar upbringing instilled a sense of fairness and hard work in him that he uses to the great benefit of his clients. Paul's most rewarding cases have involved his representation of working families in claims against powerful Connecticut corporations and insurance companies. Paul's hard work resulted in being designated for inclusion in the 2009-21 editions of Super Lawyers Magazine. He has also been listed in the field of Personal Injury Litigation in the Best Lawyers in America, 2010-21. Paul is devoted to his alma mater, Sacred Heart High School. In 2005, Paul was honored with the school's Distinguished Alumni Award. He now serves on the school's Advancement Committee. He also serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of The University of Saint Joseph. Paul was employed by the State of Connecticut, as a Child Support Officer and Adult Probation Officer. He received his law degree, with honors, from Western New England School of Law in 1994. Paul was on the Western New England Law Review in 1993-1994. Paul kept his full-time employment with the State and RisCassi and Davis, P.C., during his education. Paul is a certified Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, the Connecticut Bar Association, the Waterbury Bar Association and was recently admitted to the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. In 2018 Paul was one of 5 attorneys awarded the Connecticut Law Tribune Professional Excellence Award for Best Mentors. Paul is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers joining partners, Bill Davis, Jim Bartolini, John Houlihan and Michael Jainchill as Fellows in the College.
