Recent case experience includes: trade secret and civil RICO, contract claims, franchise litigation (including trademark and trade dress), entity litigation (partnership and corporate dissolution, joint ventures, and other business issues), consumer claims (unfair competition, unfair trade practices, false advertising, and consumer legal remedies), invasion of privacy, business torts, and prosecution and defense of temporary restraining orders (TROs) and injunctions. Have litigated over 200 cases in arbitration forums, including AAA and JAMS.
