Patrick Mullin

Patrick Mulllin served as the principal trial lawyer for Jackson Lewis, P.C., one of the nation’s preeminent national labor and employment firms, for twenty-five years until his retirement from firm practice in December of 2018. While at Jackson Lewis, Mr. Mullin was lead counsel in over thirty jury trials, court trials and binding arbitrations. Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, he served as lead trial counsel in courts of general jurisdiction in a wide variety of cases, including Products Liability, Construction Defect, Directors and Officers, Professional Liability and a wide variety of commercial disputes.Another important area of Mr. Mullin’s practice while at Jackson Lewis involved the design of and participation in over twenty mock trials conducted with the assistance of such leading consultants as DecisionQuest. This work involved not only the design of case presentation but also refinement of case presentation following the mock trials. Most, but not all of the work, was done in preparation for cases which ultimately went to trial. In addition to his trial practice, Mr. Mullin presented lectures and continuing education programs in Trial Practice, State and Federal Evidence, Unfair Competition, Trade Secret Litigation and Legal Ethics.
