Patrick Muldowney

Since 1987, I have advised and represented companies in areas such as employment discrimination, workplace harassment, wage-hour compliance, family and medical leave, enforcement of non-compete agreements and traditional labor relations. For instance, I have handled federal jury trials involving alleged sexual harassment and retaliation (for a nationally-known telecommunications company) and alleged disability discrimination (for a publicly-traded healthcare company). In addition, I have handled numerous employment-related litigations for, among other clients, a worldwide entertainment company, an internationally-known hospitality company, and a large pharmaceutical manufacturer. I also am outside employment counsel to a major North American professional sports franchise. I also serve on the Board of the Greater Orlando Society for Human Resource Management (GOSHRM).
