Patrick Iyampillai

Patrick Iyampillai is the Co-Managing Partner of Hale Law, serving injured individuals and families throughout Southwest Florida, including Sarasota, Bradenton, and the greater Tampa Bay area. He is a Florida personal injury attorney who focuses exclusively on representing injury victims in cases involving car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death. Patrick has recovered millions of dollars for clients in these cases and has achieved successful results in both settlement and trial. He helps clients pursue compensation for medical bills, lost wages, pain and suffering, and long-term care needs. Known for combining aggressive advocacy with genuine care, Patrick is committed to delivering strong results while ensuring every client feels heard, respected, and supported throughout the process.He earned his Bachelor of Science from Florida State University and his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. While at Stetson, Patrick was a member of the nationally recognized Trial Team, was published by a law review, and received multiple awards for trial advocacy, professionalism, and student service. He also served as a research assistant, a teaching assistant for Trial Advocacy, completed an advanced Trial Advocacy program at the University of Oxford, and later continued his training through Harvard Law School’s Executive Education Program on Negotiation.Patrick is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the Sarasota, Manatee, and Hillsborough County Bar Associations, Florida Justice Association, American Association for Justice, Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers Association, and Manasota Trial Lawyers Board.
