Patrick Delaney

I am an experienced and well rounded litigator with a civil practice focused in the areas of breach of warranty, product liability and casualty. For cases involving the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and Florida Lemon Law, I represent automotive manufacturers in all phases of litigation. In my product liability practice, I represent manufacturers of automobiles against negligence and strict liability claims based upon alleged product defects. I grew up around race cars and the automotive industry which provides me with insight into a plaintiff's alleged complaint regarding an automobile or motorcycle. I also serve an Honorary Consul for Ireland in Orlando. As Honorary Consul I provide services to Irish citizens, promote Irish businesses, and promote Irish culture through community events and gatherings. Before joining Rumberger Kirk, I practiced criminal law as both an Assistant Public Defender and an Assistant Attorney General. I have successfully argued cases at every level of the Florida courts and have extensive experience arguing before the Florida Supreme Court.
