Currently employed as a partner for civil litigation defense firm, representing public schools in personal injury, sexual abuse, civil rights and employment cases. I began my career in insurance defense. Worked as general counsel for commercial building construction corporation. For the last 20 years, my caseload has involved defending charter schools and school districts in sexual abuse and molestation cases as well as defending public entities in a variety of civil rights cases and personal injury litigation, including catastrophic injuries and wrongful death.
