About Patricia Fradley
I received a BA in Psychology from the University of South Florida and a JD from Stetson University College of Law. After 8 years as an Assistant State Attorney, I opened my own law practice. The Law Office of Tricia Fradley is a litigation-free Divorce and Family Law practice offering flat fees for uncontested divorces and mediation services to divorcing couples in the St. Petersburg, Bradenton, Sarasota surrounding areas. I entered family law with a philosophy of keeping family and finances as intact as possible when representing clients. However, while protecting their rights and preparing them for litigation, I realized they were learning how to be, and stay, combative. Since 2011, our practice has been litigation free because I believe there is a better way to resolve family disputes, without excessive litigation, through the use of mediation or a "kitchen-table" divorce.
