I am proud to be one of the national thought leaders on gender equality, implicit bias, diversity and inclusion in the workplace. As someone who had a successful career as an employment law litigator, a rainmaker, and a leader in big law firms, I am have spent most of my career focusing on ways to advance and retain women and minorities in companies and firms. My goals are to move women and minorities into positions of leadership and power in their organizations, to place more qualified women on the boards of public companies, and to train and inspire women and minorities to use their collective power to make the changes in our organizations that will propel them in their careers.
