Parag Amin

As a litigator and trial attorney, I’ve successfully saved and recovered more than $280 million for my clients, representing public figures, small business owners, and individuals in a wide range of matters. My work has been featured on ABC, CBS, Fox, NBC, and KTLA, and I’ve been quoted in publications including the L.A. Times, L.A. Weekly, and Rolling Stone Magazine. For 2026, I am once again being honored with the prestigious Rising Star designation by Super Lawyers — marking my tenth consecutive year (2017–2026) receiving this recognition. The Rising Star award is based on peer evaluations and is given to only 2.5% of attorneys who have demonstrated excellence in practice. But it is especially meaningful to me because it is based on peer evaluations, which means the ratings and recognition come from fellow lawyers. I’ve also been recognized as a Legal Visionary by the L.A. Times, a Top Attorney in Southern California by L.A. Magazine, and a Leader of Influence in Litigation and Trial Law by the L.A. Business Journal. Even with the large settlements, successes and the awards, I’ve never lost touch with the human component of what it means to be a lawyer, which goes back to my Maryland roots and immigrant family ties. I earned my Juris Doctor degree from the University of Southern California’s prestigious Gould School of Law after receiving my Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Maryland, College Park. In addition to my legal qualifications, I’ve worked in a variety of industries, including project management consulting, real estate, and financial advising, which has given me a unique financial skill set that most attorneys do not possess. I apply the same hyper-focused, holistic and grounded approach to my Southern California law practice. I focus on assisting my clients in meeting their legal goals, while also maintaining fiscal responsibility by recommending efficient legal strategies which lead to better results, maximization of billable hours and happier clients.
