I’m a labor and employment attorney with 17+ years of experience helping organizations navigate complex workplace challenges with confidence and clarity. My practice combines litigation, compliance counseling, and high-stakes investigations for employers ranging from national corporations to universities and healthcare institutions.I’ve successfully represented clients in state and federal courts and before state and federal agencies such as the EEOC, NLRB, and NYSDHR, handling matters involving benefits/ERISA disputes, discrimination, wage and hour issues, disability accommodations, and enforcement of restrictive covenants. As a core member of Littler’s workplace investigations team, I lead sensitive inquiries into allegations of harassment, discrimination, and executive-level misconduct.My mission: To provide practical, strategic solutions that protect organizations, foster fair workplaces, and mitigate risk in an ever-changing employment landscape. I also am admitted in the United States District Courts for the Western District, Northern District, Southern District, Eastern District of New York and in the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, and I have been admitted pro hac in many other federal courts.
