About Oscar Rivas
I represent employers in all aspects of the formation, continuation, and termination of the employment relationship. I regularly defend employers in the litigation of claims asserting sexual, race, religion, disability and other types of discrimination, sexual harassment, individual and class action wage and hour claims, as well as claims before governmental agencies. I also conduct trainings and investigations, and advise employers in developing situations to prevent future claims. Specialties: I am fluent in Spanish, which makes me well qualified to assist employers whose labor force is largely composed of Spanish-speaking employees. I also have a specialty in wage and hour class actions.
