About Olga Batsedis
Olga Batsedis is Counsel in Dorf Nelson & Zauderer LLP's Matrimonial & Family Law Department. She is an experienced litigator with many years of experience handling family and matrimonial law matters, estate administration, planning and litigation, and guardianship proceedings. In her family law and matrimonial practice, Ms. Batsedis litigates matters pertaining to divorce, legal separation, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, custody, visitation, child support, orders of protection, paternity, and estoppel matters. She also represents and litigates on behalf of clients pursuant to the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of Child Abduction. Ms. Batsedis advises and counsels clients on estate administration, estate planning, and estate litigation, and prepares testamentary directives as well as documents involving estate planning, healthcare, and financial decisions. She also litigates guardianship proceedings for adults and minors pursuant to the Mental Hygiene Law and Surrogate’s Court Procedure.In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Batsedis is an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and volunteers her services for high school students participating in the New York City Mock Trial Competition.Prior to joining Dorf Nelson & Zauderer LLP, Ms. Batsedis was an associate at Segal & Greenberg LLP and a partner at Zimmet Law Group, where she honed her skills handling family and matrimonial law matters, estate administration, planning and litigation, and guardianships. She is fluent in Greek.
