About Oleg Cross
Oleg Cross is Certified as a Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law by the State Bar of California’s Board of Legal Specialization.Mr. Cross is a graduate of Duke University School of Law. He has received the highest possible rating in both legal ability and ethical standards (“AV Preeminent”) from the Martindale Hubbell® peer review rating service. In addition, he has been included in “Super Lawyers” since 2013.His practice focuses on trust administration, particularly with an advisory view toward avoiding controversies. He also represents clients in select estate and trust controversies. Mr. Cross has also served as an expert witness in the area of estate planning law.His trial experience includes both bench and jury trials. Mr. Cross also handles select appeals, and is counsel of record in Haggerty v.
