About Nina Borders
Protecting a company’s intellectual property is the hallmark of my practice. I specialize in patent and trademark portfolio management, intellectual property enforcement and technology transactions. I have represented domestic and international clients in trademark, patent, copyright, and trade secret matters and have advised clients on global branding strategies and contract and license agreements. As an integral member of firm-wide deal teams, I provide IP analysis and recommendations for M&A transactions, IPOs and financings. My extensive background in chemical and process engineering in the food and pharmaceutical industries is beneficial when dealing with complex patent and trademark issues. My approach is to provide comprehensive and business oriented IP guidance as well as day-to-day transactional support.
