About Nima Korpivaara
Nima is the Managing Partner at KLD, LLP. With over 12 years of experience, he leads a global EB-5 practice group with a focus on EB-5 financing, for institutional grade development projects. Nima draws upon his experience to advise parties on all sides of the EB-5 transaction, including Regional Centers, project developers, advisors, and investors. Prior to joining the firm, Nima was a Partner at David Hirson and Partners, were he was responsible for building and growing the most successful EB-5 law practice in the USA. He personally represented over 5,000 EB-5 investors during his 7 years with the firm. In addition to client representation. He successfully advised Regional Centers and operating businesses across the U.S. on over two billion dollars worth of EB-5 financing. His deals spanned commercial and multi family real estate development, charter schools, hotels, medical office buildings, and restaurant franchises.
