About Nikki Hutson
I am a partner in Dentons’ Employment and Labor practice, representing employers in a variety of workplace litigation and providing strategic human resources counseling. I advise clients on a wide range of employment issues, including employee handbooks and policies, terminations, leave and accommodation matters, wage and hour compliance, restrictive covenants, and discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims. I regularly represent employers before federal and state courts and administrative agencies across the country, conduct internal investigations, and handle arbitrations. I pride myself on delivering practical, proactive, and business-oriented guidance that helps organizations manage risk and address workplace challenges effectively.
