Nicole Donovsky

I serve as general counsel to Ohio educational institutions and to the Buckeye Association of School Administrators (BASA), Ohio’s Superintendent Association, helping leaders navigate complex issues and prepare for what’s next. My practice focuses on labor and employment, board governance, crisis management, workforce development and public law compliance. As a Partner at Bricker Graydon Wyatt, I am also a frequent presenter and author of the Ohio School Law Guide, providing practical guidance that empowers boards and administrators to make confident, informed decisions. Deeply committed to my roots in Southeast Ohio, I bring the foundation, work ethic, and dedication instilled there to every client and every matter I handle. I continue to serve the region as a Board member of the Appalachian Children Coalition.
