About Nichole Santiago
At Manning Kass, I defend government entities and law enforcement officers in civil rights litigation matters. I have over ten years of experience in representing government agencies and I am licensed to practice in California and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Northern Districts of California. Before my current position, my core competencies included housing law, prosecuting unlawful detainers, petitions for restraining orders, defending HUD and EEOP discrimination claims, handling reasonable accommodations and ADA compliance. I successfully advocated for Bay Area Housing Authorities, the District Attorney's Office, public agencies, and municipalities in administrative hearings, mediations, and law and motion practice. I am passionate about providing high-quality legal services to my clients and advancing the public interest.
