For over 20 years, I've been committed to representing employers in Silicon Valley and throughout the United States. I value the relationships that exist between my clients and me, and make it a regular practice to understand their industries and unique business needs. I am a seasoned litigator who regularly defends employers involving allegations of wrongful termination, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, as well as other related claims arising out of employment disputes. My practice also includes representing clients in arbitration and mediation, assisting with investigations, and providing compliance counseling. I've also had years of experience conducting in-house employment law training programs and risk management audits to help employers avoid employment-related liability.
