About Neama Barari

I'm an attorney with 10 years of continuous experience drafting legal, employment, and contractual documents and advocating for clients in civil matters. The first few years of my career were spent at the Los Angeles Superior Court as a law clerk/research attorney, where I worked directly with judges on a day-to-day basis analyzing legal and factual arguments and drafting tentative rulings on behalf of the Court. Over the last 6 years, I've been in private practice primarily representing clients in all aspects of employment law and civil litigation. I pride myself on my ability to learn new and difficult subject matters quickly and to address problems with an objective, no-nonsense approach. In fact, my legal arguments have led to the California Court of Appeal issuing two published opinions adopting my analysis and interpretation of the law. I'm also highly proficient with technology and legal analytic tools and I have a strong educational background, graduating from undergraduate college with "magna cum laude" distinction in 3 years before attending a top-25 law school. Perhaps most of all, though, I'm very down to earth and approachable. I don't believe lawyers should be unprincipled or pugnacious to be successful, so my goal is to always bring honesty, integrity, and a positive, cooperative energy on whatever project I'm working on.
