I am planning a new business startup called: PRAA(TM) PRECISION REGENERATIVE AG ACCELERATION to accelerate conversions to regenerative agriculture to increase farm profits and the nutritional value of US food crops while increasing farm profits and reducing global warming. Global Cooling in My Lifetime(TM)!I have also analyzed the US tax structure and have a proposal for a SURGE(TM) Tax (Stimulus UnRealized Gains Equity Tax and Tax Relief on wealthy U.S. households with $1 million or more net worths to resurrect the American Dream of Rags to Riches(TM). Everyone benefits from SURGE, including the SURGE Taxed Households. $10 trillion of annual GDP growth raises all boats and eliminates the National Debt within 10 years.Working full time on PRAA has been a tremendous learning experience about soil and plant biology and regenerative farming conversion and operation. There is a bottleneck of funding for the $250K to $600K cost of converting to regenerative farming, followed by years of increasing farm profits. PRAA will exploit that bottleneck by providing all of the funding and information/consulting required to help farmers convert to regenerative farming--eliminating the direct and social costs of chemicals and replacing them with natural processes of photosynthesis and the symbiotic relationship between microorganisms and plant roots and shoots. Photosynthesis is the key and converts atmospheric CO2 into organic matter, roots and shoots of cash and cover crops with no plowing or deep tilling--also eliminating the release of CO2 into the atmosphere that results from traditional farming methods.
