About Neal Perryman
My diverse practice regularly includes ERISA litigation, appellate litigation, complex commercial litigation, education law and municipal law, but the majority of my day to day work is in the labor and employment law field. I defend employers and management in personnel-related disputes, and I regularly counsel clients on compliance with federal and state employment issues. I am committed to continuing education in the field of labor and employment, and I frequently write and speak on such issues. In 2008, I gained one of the first defense jury verdicts in Missouri as lead trial counsel under the new lower causation standard for Missouri Human Rights Act cases. I have successfully tried a number of employment law cases in various jurisdictions. I also have successfully represented employers and ERISA plans in class actions including a summary judgment for an employer-sponsored plan in a cash-balance ERISA class action case. As an active member of my firm, I serve on the Lewis Rice Management Committee. I am also the Chair of the firm’s Litigation Department.
