About Neal Glick
Neal has over 30 years of experience in real estate, commercial lending, land use and environmental law. His real estate practice ranges from major commercial properties to residential transactions. In the area of commercial lending, Neal has represented lenders on major construction loans for office towers and shopping centers, commercial loan servicers for CMBS pools, institutional and private lenders on mortgage financings, workouts and foreclosures, lines of credit and business loans large and small. Neal appears before local boards on zoning issues and has tried zoning appeals in the Land Court. His environmental practice has run the gamut from major projects such as the Big Dig and Logan Airport expansion, securing environmental permits for construction projects, historic preservation, Superfund and 21E matters and representing community groups building projects such as the largest waterfront park in the Northeast to challenging development proposals. Neal's background in architecture and urban planning, coupled with his extensive legal experience in the development area, allows him to add value to any engagement involving the built environment.
