About Nathaniel Smith
Since graduation from law school and entry into the Pennsylvania Bar in 1981, I have mainly been representing injury victims who have suffered serious or fatal injuries as the result of the negligence of other persons or companies. For a period of three years from 1989 to 1991, I defended the same type of cases on behalf of insurance companies. Since 1992, I have resumed representing Plaintiffs/Claimants in order to attempt to make them financially whole and to see that the law is used to benefit them to the extent possible. Being a good listener, communicator, support and advocate for my clients is my ultimate goal in every claim. Specialties: Auto, truck and motorcycle collisions; injuries caused by property defects/hazards; work injuries; dog bite injuries; any other injuries where someone has been wronged and physically injured by the careless behavior of another person, company or governmental agency
