Attorney admitted in the United States and Australia defending consumer-facing and public companies in class actions, false advertising, unfair competition, securities fraud, and private attorney general matters. Nathan specializes in representing leading consumer facing companies, including consumer electronics, digital media, e-commerce, food, beverage, and dietary supplement companies. His work includes the full range of advertising, safety and recall work including experience with FDA, FTC, USDA, CPSC, CBP, EPA, DOJ and OEHHA (Prop 65). Nathan also regularly represents e-commerce companies and helps them comply with data security/privacy as well as ADA and W3C standards. Nathan’s litigation practice includes defending consumer companies in class actions, false advertising actions, product liability, private attorney general actions, competitor and antitrust suits.
