I’m a change-making executive committed to leadership development, championing mission-driven work, deepening impact, and building organizational cultures on a foundation of trust, accountability, and collaboration. As President & CEO of Coro California, I lead a statewide civic leadership organization committed to strengthening our democracy by expanding the pipeline of values-driven, systems-minded leaders who can translate vision into impact. Recognizing the need for ethical and effective leadership in every corner of our society, I am working to expand the pipeline of skilled leaders who have the frameworks, civic knowledge, and networks to implement meaningful solutions and solve entrenched challenges with vision, integrity, and humility. My commitment to leadership development is focused on building a community of leaders who step into leadership as an inspiration, understanding that adaptable leaders - who reject the notion of leadership as positional or authoritative - are most effective at creating healthy, thriving organizations. Previously, I served nine years as President & CEO of Coro Southern California, leading transformational growth - quadrupling the budget, scaling from 1 to 8 in-house programs, increasing annual participation 40× (to 500+), and building a sustainable model that integrates program excellence, cross-sector partnerships, and thought leadership. In addition to my role at Coro, I serve on the Board of The Trusteeship, the Southern California chapter of the International Women’s Forum, and on the boards of Public Counsel and the UCLA Alumni Association.
