Natalie Hall

Current owner/president of The Law Office of Natalie D.Hall- a firm dedicated to individualized and thorough legal representation in all aspects of Family Law and Immigration matters. Natalie D. Hall, Esq. is an experienced trial attorney and avid litigator and has previously argued before the Fifth District Court of Appeal. Miss Hall obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of the West Indies with Honors. Shortly thereafter, she attended Drake Law School where she obtained her Juris Doctorate in Law. She is a former Assistant Public Defender with the Ninth Circuit in Orlando, Florida, and a former Assistant State Attorney for the Eighteenth Circuit where she has handled numerous misdemeanor, traffic and felony cases. She has also served as a State of Florida dependency attorney representing parents of children taken by the Department of Children and Families. With her Collaborative Family Law Training, she is able to offer an alternative method of dispute resolution to clients facing family law difficulties including divorces. Through this process clients are able to resolve their differences using a less acrimonious process which focuses on long lasting resolutions and maintains client confidentiality. As an immigrant herself, Miss Hall appreciates the legal challenges to immigration. Her immigration work not only includes working with immigrants in need of visas and permanent residency, but also assisting those in need of post conviction assistance for criminal convictions.
